Upstairs Loft Apartment

This is located on floors two and 3 of the building. Access is by a set of stairs at the back of the building and a set of spiral stairs on the front. You must go up a set of stairs to access this area.

4 bedrooms & 3 baths:

Main floor:

Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds. XLong twin bunk in closet inside bedroom 1. Bedroom sleeps 6 total. En suite bath with large tile shower. Flat screen TV

Bedroom 2: King bed. Room sleeps 2. Flat screen TV.

Bath 2: Located in hallway outside of bedroom 2. Fiberglass shower.

Upper level:

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin bed. Room sleeps 3. Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4: Full bed, 2 sets of twin bunks. Room sleeps 6. Flat screen TV.

Bath 3: Located in the hallway outside the bedrooms. Tub/shower.

Details:

Great room area has a large well equipped kitchen. (Smooth top electric stove, stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes.) Dining area with room for 10 at the table and 4 bar seats. Living room has large corner sofa and second regular sofa. Large screen flat TV. Laundry is in the hallway.

Private lit courtyard with fire pit, gas grill, large table for 10 and smaller table for 4 is located at the back of the building.

Downstairs Retreat

This is located on the ground floor of the building.

4 bedrooms & 2 baths:

Main floor:

All bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin. Each bedroom sleeps 3. 2 rooms have the twin as a bunk over the queen. 2 bedrooms have the twin as a trundle that pulls out underneath.

2 full baths with separate sink area. Shower and toilet are in a separate room, so someone can be at the sink at the same time someone else is showering.

Details:

Great room area has a gas log fireplace. 2 sofas. Flat screen TV. Dining table. Coffee bar area. There is a large well equipped kitchen. (Stainless steel appliances: gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker. Pots, pans, dishes.) Dining area with room for 10 at the table and 2 high top bar tables each with 2 seats. Laundry is just off the kitchen.

Private lit courtyard with fire pit, gas grill, tables and seating is located at the side of the building.

**This space would be the space that would be used for the rehearsal dinner. The great room area is HUGE.
